We Hardly Knew Thee

29.01.12

You were there with me, since the beginning. I'll never forget that. You've changed over the years, but you never let me down. Timid, some say boring, at first, but you really came into your own during high school. Vibrant and loud, you stole the show. The good old days... ::sigh:: We're bit more conservative these days, much closer, but we still have a good time. Comfortably enveloped in our routine. At least we were.

I never realized you were slowly slipping away. So concerned was I with other matters in my life, I took you for granted... and I'm sorry.

I'll never forget you...
