Prison - people may not be as frightened about the idea of going to prison if it came with a nice lemon fresh scent when you first walked in. There may even be a decrease in breakout attempts. Plus, it's ten times better then being raped in the shower.
Funerals - Just think about it, we add a lovely cherry blossom smell to the casket, and you forget all about your dead mother. It's attached to a motion sensor, so every time someone walks up to the body, they get hit with a spray. Now, every time you see a dead body, you can think about how awesome cherry blossom is, and not how much you miss your mom.
Public Transportation - If every bus smelled like Apples and Cinnamon, instead of piss and beer, they may increase they're revenue. My solution is to force homeless riders to wear those scented tress around their necks. Now, you might prefer sitting next to Toothless Joe, maybe his new fresh scent is so enticing, you don't even notice him picking your pocket.
Grandparents - Sure they're old, they tell the same useless stories their hip, and they can't control their bowels, but all that would change if Grandma smelled like cupcakes, instead of Bengay and death. You would probably visit them more then once a year, even enjoy hugging them, instead of being repulsed, like usual. Just don't bite them, I know they smell like cupcakes and it's tempting, but they're fragile, so you'd most likely kill them.
Work - How could a pleasant smell make your job enjoyable, you say? Have you ever walked into a Bath and Bodyworks and see an employee without a smile on their face? You know why? That place smells awesome! I say, we make everyone's job smell like Bath and Bodyworks. Now, your more productive, you don't throw things at customers anymore, and you've stop poisoning the company water cooler. All your thoughts about coming into the office with your gun are gone. Even after countless rejections from Susan in accounting, insults from your boss, and even that raise you haven't received in three years. No, the only things you can think of are cucumbers and melons.
